Customer reviews - Malton Alabaster

This was a utility room refit using Malton Alabaster units. As you
can see, the room is almost triangular so taking appropriate pictures
is difficult, but I hope you can use some of them.
My Malton Alabaster kitchen fitted in June and we love it!
I love my kitchen! We are very pleased with the product and the service, particularly when a couple of items that I had forgotten to order initially were very simple to order afterwards and arrived really quickly so there was no delay to my kitchen being finished.
Here is my Malton Alabaster kitchen. Thank you.
Please find attached photo's of my Malton shaker alabaster kitchen that you supplied in Feb 2015.
Your service was very professional an product is perfect.
My Malton painted alabaster kitchen
Here is my completd Malton Alabaster kitchen.
Good morning. Please find attached photos of my new kitchen. I am very happy with the finish and am baking and cooking a lot more than I ever did in my old kitchen!
My kitchen is only small but compact and the other alterations have only recently been completed. I have included a photo.
We were very pleased with solidly constructed and accurately assembled units, (thank goodness I didn?t have to assemble them myself) having viewed the samples we were not disappointed with the attractive Malton Alabaster finish and Ferraro Oak carcase on the base units. The Oak Worktops compliment them perfectly we think. We were most impressed with the overall quality of kitchen, delivery and service.
So very impressed with the quality of the service and kitchen units from DIY-Kitchens. The same kitchen was quoted at over £8500 at a high street kitchen store. DIY-Kitchens cost just over £3500. The build quality is superb. Our joiner was very impressed of the quality of the carcuses (the Ďbest he has seení) . Very well packaged and amazing that they come fully fitted. Customer service - superb! Can not recommend this company enough. Two other friends are now also going to buy their kitchens from DIY-Kitchens.
Great quality kitchens, we chose the Alabastar. Included in our choice were the soft close doors and drawers well worth it too.
I liked that we could design our own cupboards by choosing our own handles and cupboards to fit our kitchen. We also chose to add a wine rack into the design which is great. The carousel cupboard is brilliant and the quality is superb.
A must was the saucepan cupboard, something we never had in our old kitchen.
All the carcases come ready made which saved time and effort. We were able to choose a worktop to match our style and a new hob all from the same place
Our friends have been impressed at the quality, and they are looking to use this company too having seen our new kitchen.
We looked at dozens of kitchen companies . No one could match DIY Kitchens quality, style-design options and provided exemplary value and service.
A great quality kitchen - and we were able to design and build it ourselves - at a great price. The cabinets are well built and look great. We are so pleased with it. The pre-delivery checking service was a great help. We made a couple of ordering mistakes that were spotted and fixed.
Completed kitchen pictures.
(Malton Alabaster & Cornflower Blue) We have now finished our Malton painted kitchen that we purchased from you back in July, we have attached a few pictures of the kitchen and utility room.
We found the the units to be very sturdy and our worktop fitter was impressed with the quality of the units, the doors and the solid oak worktops. Overall we have found the kitchen to be very good and are impressed with the results. The units were easier than expected to fit and the technical guide supplied is a great help.
We had found diy kitchens online and thought all the reviews were too good to be true, so we decided to pay a visit to the showroom, and have to say it is the best kitchen showroom I have seen and would recommend anyone thinking of buying to pop along. We had a couple of issues with missing doors but this was solved extremely quickly with doors being supplied soon after.
Finished at last. We took down the ceiling, and insulated with Celotex ,fitted a new window and rewired. A mate skimmed the ceiling and plastered the window reveals. I did the rest except the tiling, plumbing under the sink cupboard and joining the worktops which a friend did in return for me helping him on a job and fixing his van. The sink, cooker hood, toaster, ceiling light, microwave and Celotex came from skips. The cooker and dishwasher came from Ebay. It came in at about 3 grand inc buying the kitchen so well happy.
Just wanted to say thank you for the service you provided on our kitchen, we're really pleased with it and I've attached a few photo's for you.
Really please with kitchen everyone who come to house love it !! Finishes off our home
Here is our new Malton Alabaster kitchen. My wife chose the handles and knows from the show kitchen when we visited the showroom! A long drive from Luton but well worth a visit ! The choice was fantastic. The delivery men were excellent! So conscientious!!! All in all brilliant product and service at an excellent price. Thanks

I found the units to be of excellent quality. I was extremely pleased that I had a choice of so many sizes. I could buy a boiler housing, reduced depth units and 2 styles of corner cabinets, unlike diy stores which only provide the basic sizes. The units are very durable and look expensive. The worktops were very good value too. The prices were great and my builder was very impressed with them. I would definitely use again.
I found this company online and used them at my previous house. I had no hesitation in using them again.
My Border Collie Frankie is looking through the doorway. He was impressed too.
i have attached a few photos of my new installed kitchen.

Please find attached photographs of my new kitchen supplied by DIY Kitchens. There are still a few finishing touches to complete but that doesn't detract from the awesomeness of the kitchen.
I cannot rate you highly enough. Customer service was impeccable and the kitchen is of the highest quality and I believe will stand the test of time for many years to come. Everyone that has seen the kitchen has complemented it.
I fitted the kitchen myself excluding the worktop and found it so easy. The advice guides and social media posts were an invaluable bonus!
I work as an estate agent and have seen many kitchens bought from the normal high street DIY chains that have not matched anywhere near the finish nor sturdyness in comparison to my DIY Kitchen. I have not given a second thought in recommending you to my new build developers and clients.
Our finished Malton Alasbaster kitchen, making the most out of a small kitchen
I attached three photos of our super kitchen with which we could not be happier, thank you! Janet says that this is her favourite kitchen in nearly 50 years of marriage better even than the bespoke one we built in New York!
Great website with helpful videos to lead me through the design. We are a long way from the showroom so did it all from the pictures and samples. Very impressed with the build quality and helpfulness of the customer services team. (Loved the little touch of including the yorkshire tea with the delivery.) Ready built made such a difference to the installation time. And it all went together without looking like a DIY project.
We used slate worktops, from a local company here in Devon. We have a lot of slate in the house, which is Georgian with a Delabole slate roof. And we used a steel splash back, made bespoke to fill the full height of the wall units with a top, so that we solved the issue of how to cope with installing an extractor fan with 3.4 m ceilings.
If I had any suggestions of extras Iíd have liked, it would have been a few more options in the wall units. Benchmarx does 350mm deep to fit bigger dinner plates, and now we are installed, that might have been handy. Also would have chosen glass doors either side of my hob, except that i needed 450 mm, and that wasnít available in my range. But I was working to quite a budget, so no complaints.
I have learned a lot about how to use the side panels, pelmets and so on, and perhaps a few more tutorials in this area might have made ordering and planning a bit more efficient. I didnít think, for example to add side panels either side of every appliance, but my joiner suggested adding to end off the plinth, rather than returning it. Luckily I have 8 more kitchens to build in my other holiday lettings apartments, so my learning will be carried forwards, and I will definitely be using DIY kitchens again. Soon.
I heard about you because I was comparing Benchmarx and Howdens (we went trade supplier because of having a group of apartments to renovate) and googled some reviews online (benchmark vs Howdens), where one reviewer offered the option that he would choose neither, but instead go with DIY kitchens. I looked you up and put together my quote and you were about 30% cheaper with great customer feedback and no apparent disadvantages.
